Republic EMS, Ltd. is a Texas-licensed emergency medical services provider committed to delivering the highest standard of pre-hospital care. Founded on the principles of integrity, professionalism, and compassion, we have grown into a trusted name in emergency medical transport across the Lone Star State.
Our certified paramedics and EMTs respond around the clock to emergencies in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, and surrounding areas. Whether it is a critical scene response, an inter-facility transfer, or a planned medical standby, our crews bring the same level of commitment and skill to every call.
Our modern fleet of ambulances is stocked with state-of-the-art medical equipment, and our team undergoes continuous training to stay current with evolving protocols, including the Texas EMS 2024–2026 Protocol Book. Modern Ambulances, Fully Equipped
Each Republic EMS ambulance is maintained to the highest standards and stocked with advanced medical equipment. Our fleet includes ALS-capable units ready to handle cardiac emergencies, trauma, airway management, and more.
Our response vehicles carry LIFEPAK cardiac monitors, full airway kits, IV/IO access supplies, and a complete pharmacological inventory — everything our crews need to deliver hospital-grade care in the field.
